Lazy Surf Report is a surf forecasting and reporting service (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide surf condition updates, including via website and messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp), to help users understand surf conditions. But we are not a professional surf guide, coach, or safety authority.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. Using our Service if you are under 16 is not permitted. If you are under 16, you may use the Service only with consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Service Description & Use

• We offer surf report updates, alerts, and optional promotional/educational content.
• You may receive messages via WhatsApp only if you opt in.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

• Forecasts are informational only. Surf conditions are unpredictable and may be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on our Service for safety. Always verify conditions locally.
